Capacity that holds. Routes that answer.
Wholesale SIP termination, origination and DIDs for contact centers. Per-second billing, quality-first routing, and channels sized to your dial plan — on a network we keep clean by verifying every account before it ships a call.
Trunks, numbers and routes for teams that dial all day.
Built for outbound and blended contact centers: predictable capacity, encrypted signaling, and routes chosen on call quality rather than rate-deck position.
SIP termination
US48 · CANADA · INTERNATIONAL A–ZOutbound to the PSTN over SIP. Routes are ordered on answer-seizure ratio and MOS before rate, every CDR names the carrier that terminated the call, and a route that degrades gets pulled rather than left in the deck to pad margin.
Origination and DIDs
LOCAL · TOLL-FREE · CNAM · LNP · E911 BY ORDERInbound numbers in the markets you dial from, with caller-name registration and porting handled by us. Port out any time your account is current — we never hold numbers over a commercial dispute. Emergency calling is available by written order and is not included by default.
Channels and capacity
CONCURRENT CALLS · CPS · BURST HEADROOMConcurrent-call and calls-per-second ceilings sized from your declared dial plan, with headroom for campaign peaks. Limits are agreed at turn-up, not discovered mid-campaign, and we raise them when you ask rather than at renewal.
Signaling and media
TLS · SRTP · G.711 · G.729 · OPUSSIP over UDP, TCP or TLS; media over RTP or SRTP. G.711 µ-law and A-law, G.729 and Opus, with transcoding where a route needs it. RFC 2833, SIP INFO or in-band DTMF, and T.38 for fax.
Point your dialer at us and go.
Nothing proprietary and nothing to install. If it speaks SIP it works — Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, VICIdial, 3CX, or whatever your team already runs. We stay on the call with your engineer through the first turn-up instead of sending a PDF.
| Transport | UDP, TCP, TLS 1.2+ |
| Authentication | IP access list or digest registration |
| Media | RTP, or SRTP with SDES key exchange |
| Codecs | G.711 µ-law and A-law, G.729, Opus |
| DTMF | RFC 2833, SIP INFO, in-band |
| Fax | T.38, or G.711 pass-through |
| Number format | E.164, normalized to +1 on US and Canada routes |
| Calling number | Any number assigned to you, or one you can evidence the right to use |
| Call records | CDRs per billing cycle, including the terminating carrier per call |
| Failover | Secondary edge by SRV record or a second signaling address |
Anything not listed here we will answer straight in the turn-up call rather than after the contract. If your stack needs something we do not support, we would rather say so before you sign.
Why our routes keep answering.
Answer rates are a shared resource. Anyone can hand you a trunk in ten minutes — what that buys is a route carrying traffic you can’t see, on an OCN that upstream carriers and analytics engines have already learned to distrust. Once your numbers are labeled, no amount of rate-deck shopping fixes it.
So we check the business, the people behind it, and the traffic they intend to send, before channels open. It costs you about three days at signup. What it buys is a route that isn’t carrying somebody else’s problem, and carriers above us who know exactly whose traffic they are taking.
Nothing here is a formality, and none of it is automated away. Each item is checked by a person, against a document, before your channels are enabled — the full process is written down in our KYC/KYB policy.
What every applicant clears before channels open
What we’ll ask you for
- Articles of organization or incorporation, and a current certificate of good standing
- IRS EIN confirmation letter (CP 575 or 147C)
- Government-issued photo ID, and a short liveness check, for every owner at 25% or more, anyone with substantial control, and whoever signs
- A short description of who you call, why, and where consent comes from
- Your expected concurrent calls, calls per second, and monthly minutes

One call, five hops, nothing hidden.

Your dialer
Registers to our session border controller over TLS. Media is encrypted with SRTP end to end.
Session border controller
Credentials and source IP are checked against the account that cleared onboarding — not just a username.
Attestation
Where we originate the call and hold the certificate to sign it, calls are authenticated under STIR/SHAKEN at the level the evidence supports. Attestation is a statement about what we verified — not a feature to sell.
Routing
Chosen on quality first — answer-seizure ratio and MOS — with cost as the tie-breaker, not the rule.
Terminating carrier
Handed to an upstream partner that knows exactly whose traffic this is, because we told them.
Edges where your traffic is.
Your dialer connects to the nearest edge. Media stays on the edge that answered and signaling is replicated across the others, so a single-site failure does not take the trunk down with it.
| Edge | Metro | Status |
|---|---|---|
| MIA-01 | Miami | Planned |
| ATL-02 | Atlanta | Planned |
| DFW-01 | Dallas | Planned |
| NYC-01 | New York | Planned |
| LAX-03 | Los Angeles | Planned |
| CHI-01 | Chicago | Planned |
Edge locations, capacity and routing are confirmed in writing on the order for your account. Latency and call-quality figures are measured per account after activation and are not guaranteed.
Rates follow the review.
We price after we know your traffic, not before. Termination, origination and toll-free are quoted per route once KYB clears — so the number you get is the number you keep.
No setup fees. Ninety-day terms with no minimum commitment are available on request, and billing is per second after the first six seconds — subject in each case to the terms of your order.
An invoice shows usage by destination and by route, the rate applied to each, taxes and regulatory fees itemized separately, and the CDRs behind every line. Rate decks are issued per account and reissued when a destination moves.
